Mr. Brian Mainor, 51, of Hahira, Georgia, passed away on August 18, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta.  He was born on April 28, 1970 in Adel, Georgia.  His parents were the late John Batie Mainor and Annie Delores Parrish Mainor.  Mr. Mainor lived in Cook and Lowndes Counties most of his life.  He attended Crossroads Baptist Church and was a teacher at Hahira Elementary School.

Mr. Mainor is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law: David and Donna Mainor, and Britt and Lora Mainor, all of Adel; a sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Timmy Norman of Moultrie, Georgia; a sister-in-law, Lisa Mainor of Adel; and a host of nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Mainor was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Mainor.

A graveside service for Mr. Mainor was held at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Adel at 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 21, 2021, with Rev. Garrett Grubbs and Rev. Shane Padgett officiating.  No formal visitation was held.  Thomas Mainor, Blake Mainor, Davis Mainor, Brandon Mainor, Beau Daniel Sinclair and Tony Porter served as pallbearers.  Special music for the service included "Scars in Heaven" and "Go Rest High on That Mountain."  Condolences may be expressed to Mr. Mainor's family online at www.boonefunerals.com .  Boone Funeral Home, Inc. has been entrusted with all arrangements.
