Mrs. Carmen M. Zubricky, 77, of Adel, Georgia, passed away June 18, 2015 at her home. She was born July 19, 1937 in Perkins, West Virginia to William and Thelma Burns Cox. Mrs. Zubricky worked as a homemaker, dietician , and also worked in quality control with Moen. Before moving to Adel in 2006, she and her husband lived in Valdosta for several years. She attended Moody Air Force Base Chapel.
She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Mr. Frank Zubricky of Adel; her children: Carala Carr of Canvas, West Virginia, Kim and Robert DeBold of Canvas, Mary Jo Monagon of Nashville, Georgia, Michael and Marisol Zubricky of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Mark and Melissa Zubricky of Medina, Ohio; three grandchildren: Jennifer Brozy of Canvas, Melanie Monagon of Ashland, Ohio, and Pamela Monagon of Wellington, Ohio; two great-grandchildren: Tyrone Brozy and Briar Rose, both of Canvas; and two sisters: Joyce Miller of Nova, Ohio, and Brenda Jalowiec of Grafton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her son, William Neal Carr.
A memorial service for Mrs. Zubricky will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Boone Funeral Home with Father Fredy Angel and Chaplain Skip Van Nuss officiating. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the memorial service.
