Mr. Charles Phillips, 70, of Valdosta, Georgia, formerly of Adel, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Holly Hill Nursing Home in Valdosta. He was born on October 6, 1948 in Dalton, Georgia to the late Lester and Lide Raburn Phillips. Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife, Brenda Bates Phillips of Valdosta. He was preceded ind death by his brother, William Phillips.
