Ms. Charlotte "Web" Conger, 72, of Sparks, Georgia, passed away at her home on March 9, 2022.  She was born in Orlando, Florida on July 19, 1949 and her parents were George Rufus Conger and Hazel Conger.  Ms. Conger lived most of her life in Colquitt and Cook Counties.  She was a retired nurse with Washington County Hospital and was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Conger is survived by her two sons, Steven Harcus of Sparks and Curtis Harcus of Tennessee.  Her request to be cremated will be honored and no formal services are scheduled at this time.
