Mr. Donny Bryan, 59, of Adel, Georgia passed away at his home June 7, 2014 after an intense battle with cancer. Mr. Bryan enjoyed spending time with his family and had a passion for fishing and horses. He was born in Adel on May 9, 1955 to Earl B. Bryan and Betty H. Bryan and lived most of his life in Cook County. Mr. Bryan was of the Baptist faith and was a retired truck driver with the Lowndes County Public Works Department.
Mr. Bryan is survived by his wife Phyllis Bryan of Adel; two daughters and sons-in-law: Dana and Jason Goad and their son AJ of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee and Dawn and Justin Cone and thier children Hagan and Haley of Adel; his mother, Betty H. Bryan of Adel; Brorthers and sisiters-in-law: Thomas and Ann Bryan of Adel; Troy and Delores Bryan, Darrell and Karen Bryan all of Sparks, Georgia; along with several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Graveside Service took place Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Sparks City Cemetery with Bro. Jason Goad officiating. Special music selections by cd " Amazing Grace", "Daddy's Hands" and "Go Rest High On That Mountain".
Mr. Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Earl B. Bryan.
