Mrs. Doris Ann Laws, 83, of Hahira, Georgia, passed away October 20, 2016 at Berrien Nursing Center in Nashville, Georgia. She was born November 14, 1932 in Cary, Wisconsin to her late parents, Vernon and Sylvia McDonald Sparks. She was a member of the Baptist Church and worked as a homemaker.

Mrs. Laws is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Laura Laws of Hahira; a daughter, Debra Ramsdell of Washington State; and three grandchildren: Terry Frisk, Maria Raught and Annette Raught. She was preceded in death by her husband, David William Laws; a son, Michael "Mike" Laws; and a daughter, Holly Marie Frisk.

In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Laws was cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
