Mrs. Georgia Ann Kelley, age 95, of Adel, Georgia passed away at her residence on August 19, 2024.  Mrs. Kelley was born on April 5, 1929 in Cook County to the late Henry Ezeckiel Folsom and Clara George Folsom.  Mrs. Kelley lived all of her life in Cook County and was a homemaker.  She was a member of Springhead Baptist Church.

Mrs. Kelley is survived by several nieces and nephews and her special dog, Dolly.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl Bridges Kelley; her daughter, Brenda Gail Kelley; three brothers: Jim Folsom, E. J. Folsom and B. M. Folsom; and two sisters: Alma Tillman and Juanita F. Ward.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at the Chapel of Boone Funeral Home (1804 S. Hutchinson Ave., Adel, Georgia 31620) with Rev. Joey Taylor officiating.  Interment followed at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.  Pallbearers were Stacy Griffin, Ricky Sumner, Alan Dukes, Daniel Dukes, Harold Folsom and Russell Brown.  "When I Get Where I'm Going" was played at the service.  Visitation began at the funeral home at 10:00 AM prior to the funeral service
