Mr. Harland "Sonny" Ragland, Jr., 68, of Adel, Georgia, passed away at his home on June 29, 2021.  He was born in Adel on January 24, 1953.  Mr. Ragland's parents were the late Harland Washington Ragland, Sr. and Estelle "Tommy" Thomas Ragland.  He was a retired contractor and was a Baptist.

Mr. Ragland is survived by his son, Chris Ragland of Moultrie, Georgia; two grandchildren, Gavin and Jaden Ragland of Moultrie; a brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Karen Ragland of Adel; a sister and brother-in-law, Belinda and William Felts of Adel; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside funeral service was held for Mr. Ragland at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at Woodlawn City Cemetery in Adel with Rev.
