Mrs. Jean Elizabeth Warren 82, or Adel, Georgia passed away May 27, 2015 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Georgia.
She was born August 26, 1932 in Christiansburg, Virginia to the late Willard B. Walters and Calista Chafin Walters Jobe. Mrs. Warren lived most of her life in Cook County and was a member of the Adel United Methodist Church. She was a dearly loved wife, mother and housewife.

Mrs. Warren is survived by her husband, Charles L. "Buddy" Warren of Adel; daughter and son-in-law, Dena and Ricky Smith of Moultrie, Georgia; two sons and daughter-in-law: Bud Warren of Bradenton, Florida; Brett and Stephanie Warren of Adel; a special nephew and his wife, Keith and Myriam Warren of Brookfield, Florida; grandchildren: Chris Ragland of Moultrie, Calem and Donna Daughtrey, Chuck and Kayla Warren, all of Adel, Wes Warren of Hahira, Georgia, Jena and Joseph Walker of Baxley, Georgia, Ashley Warren and Amber Brady, both of Lake Park, Georgia; 15 great-grandchildren; her brother, Butch Jobe of Adel; and her sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Robert Wallace of Atlanta, Georgia.

Funeral services took place at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 29, 2015 at the Adel United Methodist Church with Rev. John Stephens officiating. Pallbearers: Chris Ragland, Calem Daughtrey, Chuck Warren, Wes Warren, Wade Dorminey and Todd Bickers. Special Music by The Chancel Choir " Amazing Grace/My Chains Are Gone". Special Music by Dr. Mary Sue Ward " How Hreat Thou Art". Organist Mrs. Beth Penn. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
