Mr. June C. "June Bug" Hill, 58 of Adel, Georgia passed away November 24, 2014 at the Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta, Georgia after a long illness. He was born in Cook County April 27, 1956 to the late Cecil V. and Nina Pearl McCranie Hill. Mr. Hill was a retired machinist with ICT a Langdale Company. He was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife Joan Williams Hill of Adel; his son Joshua June Hill of Blairsville, Georgia; two daughters and son-in-law: Shelley and Danny Burnett; Tabitha H. Anderson and William Stephens all of Dahlonega, Georgia; Step-Sons and daughter-in-law: Eric Skinner, Michael Bancroft, and Travis and Amanda Skinner, all of Hahira, Georgia; Grandchildren: Cage and Colton Burnett, Josie and Andie Anderson, Carter Stephens and expecting Cash Stephens, all of Dahlonega; Letty Hill of Blairsville; Alyssa and Caleb Skinner of Hahira.

A Memorial Service was held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the Chapel of Boone Funeral Home; 1804 S. Hutchinson Ave.; Adel, Georgia with Rev. Areatha Wilcox officiating. Charlotte Dickerson played the piano. Visitation was conducted from 2:00 until time of service. In keeping with Mr. Hills wishes he was cremated.
