Mrs. Linda Moore Rowe, 71, of Adel, Georgia, passed away on October 12, 2020, at her residence.  She was born on December 19, 1948 in Moultrie, Georgia to the late Joseph Ben Moore, Jr. and Willie Frances Ring Moore.  Mrs. Rowe lived all of her life in Cook County and was retired from Adel Memorial Hospital where she worked in food service.  She was a member of the Sparks First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Rowe is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law: April and Anthony Pollard, Sr. of Hahira, Georgia, Stephanie and Davy Sorrell of Adel; seven grandchildren: Ariel P. and Bryan Bentley of Hahira, Anthony, Jr. and Ceanna Pollard of Adel, Angela Pollard of Macon, Georgia, Bethany Hendley and Colin King of Nashville, Georgia, Hannah Hendley of Statesboro, Georgia, Hunter Sorrell of Adel, Garrett and Logan Sorrell of North Carolina; six great grandchildren: Michael, Dawson and Matthew Bentley of Hahira, Hudson Massey of Lake Park, Georgia, Nolan Sorrell of North Carolina and Beckham King of Nashville; one sister, Monnie M. Womack of Adel; one brother-in-law, Ricky Rowe of Quitman, Georgia; and her dog, CoCo.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Dempsey Rowe; her daughter, Angela Denise Rowe; two grandchildren, Alexandria and Kulesa Hendley; and her brother, Joseph Ben Moore, III.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, in the Chapel of Boone Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Rodgers officiating.  Interment followed at Riverside Church Cemetery in Berrien County.  T.J. Pollard, Bryan Bentley, Garrett Sorrell, Hunter Sorrell, Chris McCain and Colin King served as pallbearers.  Special musical selections played at the service were "In the Sweet By and By," "I'll Fly Away" and "Amazing Grace."  Visitation was conducted at Boone Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
