Mrs. Mazella Taylor Dixon, 95, of Sparks, Georgia, passed away June 26, 2015 at Cook Senior Living Center in Adel, Georgia. She was born May 21, 1920 in in Cook County to the late Leonard and Mollie Bennett Taylor. She lived in Cook County all of her life where she was a member of Sparks United Methodist Church and a retired beautician.

She is survived by her son, Bob Dixon of Sparks; two daughters and sons-in-law: Martha Jo and Frank Alley of Sparks, and Debby and David Slay of Jacksonville, Florida; ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Dixon; two brothers: Lonnie and Raymond Taylor; and two sisters: Betty Lou Fletcher and Hazel Dillard.

A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Dixon will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Sparks City Cemetery with Rev. Dillard Ensley officiating. Selected music will be "How Great Thou Art".
