Mrs. Nelda Sue Moore-Rentz, 75, of Orange Park, Florida (formerly of Adel, Georgia), passed away at home April 9, 2016. She was born April 21, 1940 in Adel to her late parents, Joseph William Moore and Willie Mae Gibbs Moore. She lived in the Jacksonville, Florida area since 1966 where she served her family as a homemaker.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Kathy Rentz of Callahan, Florida; three daughters and sons-in-law: Donna and Steve Riner of Callahan, Kathy and Billy Denapoli of Orange Park, Tammy and R.L. Norton of Jacksonville, Florida; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; two brothers: Carlton H. Moore and Johnny Moore; and four sisters: Willene Corbett, Joan Myers, Kathryn Davis and Betty Myers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Rentz; a son, Douglas Wayne Rentz; four brothers: Edgar, Charles, Joseph and Jimmy Moore; and a sister, Mary Harmon.
A graveside service for Mrs. Moore-Rentz were held on Monday April 11, 2016 at 4 PM at Springhill Church Cemetery located in Sparks, Georgia with Rev. Donnie Duncan officiating. Steve Riner, Billy Denapoli, Daniel Denapoli, Curtis Myers, Michael Corbett and Larry Corbett will serve as pallbearers.
