Mr. Paul Jeffery Wyatt, 64 of Hahira, Georgia passed away January 18, 2025 at home surrounded by loved ones after a lengthy illness. He was born August 20, 1960 to the late Bobby Ray Wyatt and the late Edith Jewelene Hooper Wyatt Hudson. Being Paul was from a military family, he was born at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton VA, while growing up in Virginia, South Carolina, Germany, North Carolina, California and Japan before settling in Valdosta. He graduated from Lowndes High School and went on to have a career with Amoco/Nashville Mills and JM Eagle Pipe. He loved working on cars and helping people with their cars as a second career and a hobby. Classic cars, car shows and building friendships is where he thrived. Paul enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren who are his proudest achievements.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Pamela June Wyatt. Stepfather Herman Hudson of Hilliard Florida. Brothers Phillip(Angie) Wyatt of Ray City GA, Perry(Mary) Wyatt of East Lyme Ct, sister Pam(Sammy) Dasher of The Villages Florida. His sons, Tommy(Sabrina) Wyatt of Valdosta, Jason Watts and special friend Kaylin of Valdosta, Chad(Melissa) Wyatt of Ray City GA, Jerry(Ashligh) Wyatt of Lee Florida, Alex Watts of Sanford Florida and Jeffery(Necole) Hunnicutt of Douglas GA along with grandchildren Kasson, Katarina, Andrew, Bethany, Emma, Candice, Levi, Cooper, Willow, Kylo, and Raiden and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Paul is preceded in death by his mother Judie Hudson, father Bobby Wyatt and sister Patti Stone.
A memorial service will be at 3:00 PM, Monday; January 20, 2025 at the chapel of Boone Funeral Home, 1804 S. Hutchinson Ave. Mr. Matt Martinez will provide the eulogy. Special selections to be played will be "Amazing Grace" and "Go Rest High On That Mountain" In keeping with Mr. Wyatt's wishes he was cremated and interment of his ashes will be at a later date at the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of the service from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
