Mr. Phillip "Mike" Marshall Davis, age 78, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away on December 9, 2022 at Pruitt Health - Holly Hill in Valdosta.  He was born in Bradenton, Florida on October 5, 1944 and was the son of Rufus Edward Davis and Vera Louise Mathis Davis Reynolds.  He lived most of his life in Guntersville. Alabama where he retired from Allied Builders as a wholesale lumber distributor.  He moved to Lowndes County in 2010 and was a member of Hahira First Baptist Church.

Mr. Davis is survived by a daughter, Nicole Davis of Harvey, North Dakota; a nephew and his wife, Rob and Michelle Reynolds of Hahira, Georgia; great nephew, Case Reynolds, and great niece, Aubrey Reynolds; and a sister-in-law, Peggy Reynolds of Winter Haven, Florida.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Pam Reynolds, and a brother, Robert Daniel Reynolds.

His request for cremation and no formal services has been honored.
