Mr. Randall "Scott" Bennett, 52 of Sparks, Georgia passed away April 9, 2018 at the Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.  He was born August 20, 1965 in Adel, Georgia to the late Ronald David "Sonny" Bennett and Evelyn Pruitt Bennett.  Mr. Bennett lived most of his life in Cook County and was of the Baptist faith.  He was a construction worker.

Mr. Bennett is survived by his son, Cole Bennett of Lakeland, Georgia; two daughters and sons-in-law: Candace and Wayne Palmer Lakeland, Kasey and Clint Casey of Thomasville, Georgia; three grandchildren: Claire and Skylar Palmer of Lakeland, and Isabella Casey of Thomasville; his mother, Evelyn Pruitt Bennett of Sparks; and a sister and brother-in-law: Teresa and LaDon Wilkerson of Sparks.  Mr. Bennett was preceded in death by his father, Ronald David "Sonny" Bennett.

Funeral Services were held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 12, 2018, in the Chapel of Boone Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Parker and Rev. Ike Jefferson officiating.  Interment followed in the Antioch Church Cemetery.  Visitation was from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home; 1804 S. Hutchinson Ave.  Jack and Bettye Joiner sang ""I Want to Stroll Over Heaven with You" and "I Saw the Light;" Mrs. Joiner also played the piano.  Another special musical selection played at the service was "You're Not Gone."  Tim Smith, Jerry Purvis, Roger Brown, Dusty Moore, J.W. Brown, Jack Sexton, Doug Bennett and Steven Carter served as pallbearers.
