Mr. Robert Bloxsom, 57, of Hahira, Georgia passed away August 23, 2016 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta. He was born April 9, 1959 in Huntington, New York to his late parents, Robert Leslie Bloxsom, Sr. and Gertrude Rose Simpson Bloxsom. He was a Cook County resident for the past 12 years and was retired from the construction industry.

Mr. Bloxsom is survived by his wife, Joan Patricia Frischkorn Bloxsom of Hahira; a son, John Walter Bloxsom of Hahira; a step-son, Steven Raymond Smith of New Jersey; two step-daughters, Sharon Marie Miles of Buffalo, New York and Leanne Michelle Smith of Hollywood, Florida; five grandchildren: Shane Henshaw, Kayla Henshaw, Dominick Brooks, Joel Miles and Mason Smith; a brother, Walter Bloxsom of West Palm Beach, Florida; and a sister, Carole Garcia of Hollywood, Florida.

In keeping with Mr. Bloxsom's wishes, he was cremated. At this time there are no services scheduled but a memorial service may be scheduled at a later date.
