Mrs. Robin Fulp Harkins, 53, of Adel, passed away August 26, 2015 at Cook Medical Center in Adel. She was born on November 25, 1961 in Sacramento, CA to her parents, Larry Willard Fulp and Patricia Love Fulp. She lived in Cook County for the past ten years where she was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and was a member of Salt Shakers at Fellowship Church. She worked as a counselor.

Mrs. Harkins is survived by her husband, John William Harkins, Jr. of Adel, GA; a daughter, Melody Rose Linder of Hahira, GA; a step-daughter, Mallory Harkins of Texas; a step-son, Jacob Dean Harkins of Texas; her father, Larry Fulp; a brother, Michael Fulp of Hahira; father-in-law, John William Harkins, Sr. of Kansas; an aunt, Sue Wall of Adel; aunt and uncle, Paul and Joyce Fulp of Adel. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Love Fulp and her aunt, Sandy Yamada.

The family will received friends on Friday evening August 28, 2015 from 6 until 8 PM at Boone Funeral Home (1804 S. Hutchinson Ave.) in Adel. The funeral service will take place Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Fellowship Baptist Church at 11 AM with Rev. Ike Jefferson officiating. Special music by The Church Choir; "Sweet Hour of Prayer", and "Amazing Grace" by congregation. Ronnie Oglesbgy, Britt Wall, Larry Raines, Tim Coombs, Sam Wall and Al KIng serving as pallbearers.
