Mr. Roger Folsom, age 76, of Adel, Georgia passed away at his home on June 27, 2023.  He was the son of Lawson Hardy Folsom and Severia Jane Holbrooks Folsom.  Mr. Folsom was born in Nashville, Georgia on October 18, 1946 and lived most of his life in Tennessee and Florida until his family moved to Adel in 2011.  He was retired from Publix Supermarket where he served as manager.  Mr. Folsom was a Baptist.

Mr. Folsom is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Folsom of Adel; two sons and their spouses: Chad Folsom and Brandon Perkins of Tifton, Georgia, and Clint and Shannon Folsom of Adel; one grandchild, Oakley Folsom of Adel; a brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Linda Folsom of Winter Haven, Florida; a niece and her spouse, Cathy and Steve Mueller; and two great nieces: Cassidy Mueller and Stevie Mueller.

The funeral service for Mr. Folsom will take place at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Adel Church of God with Rev. Ashley Way officiating.  Interment will follow at Folsom Cemetery.  The visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday evening, June 29, 2023 at Adel Church of God.  "I'll See You Again", "God Only Cries" and "I Can Only Imagine" are special selections to be included in the service.  Friday Shinabery Jr., Paul Faucette, Josh Stewart, Brandon Knowles, John Holbrooks and Billy Holbrooks will serve as pallbearers.  Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.boonefunerals.com .  Boone Funeral Home, Inc. has been entrusted with all arrangements.
