Mr. Roger Moore, 68, of Adel, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.  He was born in Hahira, Georgia on May 19, 1953.  Mr. Moore's parents were the late Kenneth LaFoye Moore and Annie Jo Harper Moore.  He lived most of his life in Cook County where he served 20 years on the Adel Police Department and the another 20 years as the owner and operator of A.J.' s Country Kitchen until his retirement.

Mr. Moore is survived by two sons, Ken Moore of Gainesville, Georgia and Cody Moore of Adel; a daughter and son-in-law, Candi and Stacy Patterson of Adel; three grandchildren: Jayda Moore, Ava Moore and Toby Patterson, all of Adel; a brother, Randy Moore of Cullman, Alabama; two sisters: Darlene Lipsey and her friend, Joey Bennett, and Teresa Key and her husband Dusty, all of Adel; and a special friend, Pam Moore of Adel.

Mr. Moore's request to be cremated and for no formal services to be held has been honored.
