Master Samuel Alexander Anderson, Jr., three days old, passed away August 21, 2024 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.  He was born on August 18, 2024 in Valdosta, Georgia to Samuel "Sam" Alexander, Sr. and Jolee Lane Nees Anderson of Adel, Georgia.

Master Anderson is survived by his parents; maternal grandmother, Cheryl Bank; maternal great grandmother, Judy Williams; uncle and aunt, Trey and Lenni Nees, all of Valdosta; paternal grandparents, Rick and Jenni Anderson of Adel;  uncle, Joe Anderson of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at the chapel of Boone Funeral Home with Minister David Abbott officiating. Interment followed at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.  Visitation took place prior to the service from 3:30 to 4:00 PM at Boone Funeral Home; 1804 S. Hutchinson Ave.; Adel, Georgia.
