Mrs. Sandra "Sandi" McConville Belland, 74, of Adel, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Magnolia Manor in Moutrie, Georgia.  She was the daughter of Dr. Edward Benedict McConville and Leticia Gallardo McConville and was born in Staten Island, New York on September 15, 1945.  Mrs. Belland lived much of her life in Stuart, Florida and the last 20 years in Adel.  She was a member of Hahira First Baptist Church and was a retired store trainer for Publix Supermarkets.

Mrs. Belland is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law: Kevin and Kathy Frankle of Huntingtown, Maryland and Mike and Wendy Frankle of Columbia, South Carolina; five grandchildren: Luke, Justin and Ryan Frankle of Huntingtown, Maryland and Josh and Jessica Frankle of Columbia, South Carolina; and five siblings: Elaine Moore of Indianapolis, Indiana, Bruce McConville of Adel, Shirley Cooper of Adel, Shawn Ballew of Jupiter, Florida and Bobby McConville of Adel.

A Celebration of Life service was held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Hahira First Baptist Church with Rev. Brant Lindsey officiating.  A private interment ceremony followed at New Life Baptist Church Cemetery.  Brenda McConville sang "How Great Thou Art" and was accompanied by Bruce McConville in the singing of "Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)" and Lori Carnine played piano.
