Mrs. Sara Ann Clements Farrell, 88, of Adel, Georgia, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Park Regency in Moultrie, Georgia.  She was born in Pierce, Florida on November 10, 1929 to the late William Augustus Clements, Sr. and Gladys Grantham Clements.  She lived in Cook County since 1978 where she was a member of Gordon Avenue Baptist Church and a retired nurse for Memorial Hospital of Adel.  Mrs. Farrell served her country honorably in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict where she was assigned to surgical service and reached the rank of Second Lieutenant.

Mrs. Farrell is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law: Sara and Bill Collins of Marco Island, Florida, and Sharlee and Harold Topper of Stamford, Connecticut; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Peter "Pete" Farrell; a daughter, Gladys Christine Wade; a grandson, Ryan Wade; and her brother, William A. "Billy" Clements, Jr.

The family of Mrs. Farrell will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home South (1804 S.
