Mrs. Teresa "Lynn" Gibbs, 56, of Hahira, Georgia passed away after a lengthy illness on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta, Georgia.  She was born on December 24, 1961 in Hahira to Joseph Thomas Hurst (late) and Latrelle Griffin Barker Pace.  She lived most of her life in South Georgia where she served her family as a homemaker.

Mrs. Gibbs is survived by her husband, Charlie Paul Gibbs of Hahira; two daughters: Mandy Gibbs of Hahira and Cheryl Denise Gibbs and her fiance, Jared Davison, both of Adel; two grandchildren: Cora Lynn Traedaway and Taylor Renee Treadaway, both of Savannah, and another grandchild on the way; her mother and step-father, Latrelle Griffin Barker Pace and Billy Pace of Hahira; a brother, Joseph "Junior" Hurst, Jr. of Hahira; a sister, Janice Elaine Clanton of Hahira; her mother-in-law, Charlene Gibbs of Valdosta; and a very special friend, Jeanette Terry of Quitman, Georgia.
