Obituary

Miss Terri Ann Prinkey, 23, of Grant, Alabama, formerly of Adel, Georgia, passed away March 29, 2016 in Alabama following an auto accident. She was born December 30, 1992 in Valdosta, Georgia and lived in Adel until recently moving to Grant, Alabama. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Cecil, Georgia and worked as a chef with Guntersville State Park in Guntersville, Alabama.

Miss Prinkey is survived by her parents, Gina and Matthew Bowles; her two sisters, Jennie Beth Prinkey and Maggie Mae Prinkey; maternal grandparents, Rev. Jack Sr. and Sharon Atkinson (all of Adel); an uncle, Jay Atkinson of Grant, Alabama; father and step-mother, Terrell Shad Prinkey and Donna Prinkey; paternal grandparents, Marlene and Charles Johnson of Valdosta, and John Prinkey of Ohio; an aunt, Julie Johnson of Valdosta; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by two infant brothers, Brad and Chad Prinkey.

The funeral service took place on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 2 PM at Salem United Methodist Church near Cecil, Georgia with Rev. Russ Elkins officiating. Special music by CD: "On The Bright Side", " I Love You Five ", " Carry Me Home " and " I Fly Away ". Pallbearers: Josh Walden, Chris Bradford, Stanton Moore, Jay Atkinson, Cody Moore, Luke Appleford and Dennis Tomlinson. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
