Mr. William J. York, Jr. of Kirkwood, Missouri, passed away on March 19, 2019 at a friend's home in Sparks, Georgia.  He was born on August 8, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri to William Jefferson York, Sr. and Ruth Mary Meyer York.  He was a retired sheet metal worker for Ever Ready Heating.  Mr. York is survived by his close friend, Joann McClelland of Sparks; and a step-son, James Brady of St. Louis, Missouri.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor Schworezenbach Brady York.
