Obituary

Mr. Wilton J. McCain, 86, of Lakeland, Georgia, passed away May 9, 2014 at his home. He was born March 21, 1928 in Havana, Florida to the late William Jasper McCain and Mollie Ann Myers McCain. He was a retired office manager of Hav-A-Tampa in Valdosta, Georgia and also was retired as an assistant manager of Sky City in Washington, Georgia.

Mr. McCain is survived by his five children and their spouses: Marcus H. and Carmen McCain of Madrid, Spain, Larry J. and Ruth McCain of Jennings, FLorida, Laura Lee Moran of Rogersville, Alabama, Mary Anna and Hank Mathis of Lakeland, Georgia, and Lee McCain of Danburg, Georgia; fifteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl McCain, and several siblings.

A memorial service for Mr. McCain will be held Saturday May 17, 2014 at 2 pm at the Lakeland Church of Christ with Minister David Abbott officiating.
